Abstract:
The Hall Family: From Gloucester County, Virginia, to Champaign County, Ohio traces the descendents of Thomas Hall and Margery Claxon, who married in York County, Virginia, in 1655. The book focuses on the Hall men and women who helped open Virginia’s western frontier and those who settled part of the newly formed state of Ohio. It also includes references to those who are known to have moved to other states, including their immediate descendents, and to the descendents of Hall women whose names changed when they married.
