Abstract:
James Stuart McNaughton, a multi-billionaire, titular CEO of McNaughton Enterprises, a huge conglomerate with wide financial and industrial interests across the world, dilettante and race car driver is made a quadriplegic in an accident on the track. He loses interest in life until the wife of one of his handlers is killed by a serial killer. The distress of Cheever, his employee, leads him to think of others instead of himself. He is drawn into pursuing the killer through the use of his brilliant mind and technology at hand.

The killer, after his first encounter, carefully plans his killing, a thrill-killer who loves every incident along the way. McNaughton would be his ultimate prey.
