Abstract:
Ronnie Britten connives to interview Dr. Chase Masterson, a pharmaceutical research biochemist. His quick temper and abhorrence of nosey reporters encourage her to snoop.

Ronnie uncovers a plot against Chase and uses it to gain passage into his impenetrable estate.

Love blossoms, then Chase discovers Ronnie’s deceit. Rage replaces adoration. She endeavors to draw closer to him, but his accusations spur her anger. Their romance see-saws between amorous passion and uncontrolled fury.
