Someone using a deadly toxin is killing the super pilots who fly the Blackbird, the SR-71, the greatest aircraft that ever shot into the stratosphere.

Simon Smith, Undersecretary of State, knows a man who can find the assassin. He is Jeffery Brunswick, an unassuming English instructor from Aurora University in Tampa, Florida.
