Abstract:
Is it possible for a man to love a woman enough that he would harrow Hell to save her? It happened somewhere in the myths of history when Orpheus, the greatest musician who ever lived, gained permission from the gods to make the trip to Hades to rescue Eurydice, trapped in the clutches of the god of the Underworld. What if there were a modern counterpart of Orpheus, a rock star fallen on hard times who seeks his own Eurydice from an inexplicable loss?
