Abstract:
This book presents a healing service that enables us to connect with God and each other for spiritual healing, with uplifted spirits and untroubled minds. It begins with a brief history of spiritual healing in the Judeo-Christian tradition, giving particular attention to spiritual healing by Jesus of Nazareth, to discern ways that we can connect with God and each other in a healing service. Then it describes how each of these ways of connecting shapes the design and conduct of a healing service. Finally, it provides the framework and resources for a healing service and a summary of the author's experience with this service.
