Abstract:
With a promise of peace having returned to the Valley, Loren Sojourner knew the time had come to seek out the Evil awaiting him in Chardon. But first, he had to locate the entrance to the tunnel through the majestic mountain range and do it before the overdue snows blocked its access for the winter. Meanwhile, Cojartim the Beast was casting a covetous eye in Kee Redheart’s direction. Could she evade his pursuit and keep her Stone from falling under the influence of the Dark Magic? But where could she go, now that the Night Creatures seemingly controlled the Wasteland?
