Abstract:
This book is a compilation of biographies and the accomplishments of some of the greatest legends of the gridiron, those very brilliant football minds whose experience and tutelage guided their teams to, among other achievements, one or more College 1-A National Championships since the 1950’s; however, it must be stated, one of these great coaches did not receive National Championship recognition. This book is not all encompassing, but it does include those coaches who gained the greatest renown, who coached at their universities for ten years or longer, and whose skill elevated their teams to the pinnacle of college football.
