Abstract:
HOOFPRINTS TO HOT RODS; takes place during the ‘30s to ‘40s in the Valley Forge, Philadelphia area. From childhood to early manhood you experience Frank’s highs of personal achievement and lows of paternal abuse. He accepted his father’s constant beatings and harassment believing this was normal behavior. The story is laced with humor and nostalgia as you read about his adventures and sometimes misadventures. We met during our teen years and went on to discover true and lasting love together.
