Abstract:
Excalibur and Pizza is the true story of a woman’s struggle to overcome depression. The author takes us on a journey throughout her life and vividly describes each step she took from being diagnosed with manic depression to finally finding the happiness she desired in her life. The author shows the keys it took to forgive herself for the mistakes of her life. Through forgiving herself she was able to love herself. From finding love for herself, true happiness was born. As was the realization that what she needed to find peace and happiness had resided within her all along.
