Abstract:
“The Two Bush Con” was work in progress when the second “Day of Infamy” occurred. Before that horrific event, the president and his governor brother had detractors. After September 11, 2001, it became unpatriotic to point out their shortcomings.
It is essential that leaders of a free society, in peace and in war, respect the rights of all citizens and that the citizens understand that their choice of leaders can stifle these rights, using the powers of their offices.
George W., “elected” president in the year 2000, hasn’t proven he can be trusted to lead with a fair hand extended to all citizens, not just shown an interest in winning friends among the masses only when running for office.
