Abstract:
No one disputes the importance of quantum mechanics (it accounts for 20% to 25% of the US economy,) but everyone knows there is something seriously wrong with the theory. Einstein never accepted quantum mechanics, but he failed to disprove it.

Taking a revolutionary yet common-sense approach, Dr. Tran went back to the three hundred years old problem of the Probability theory and solved it. Suddenly all of the loose ends of quantum mechanics fell in place like pieces of a trivial jigsaw puzzle.
