Abstract:
Go to today's University with modern young men who must choose to support or oppose our popular American myths to manhood and security. See the exaggerated logic of an earlier time as similar choices of personal faith or group fear present themselves in the slave-held South prior to the Civil War. Examine yourself along side a duality of characters in both eras and come to realize the horror of unlimited, institutionalize human power. Escape the darkness of our own abilities by affirming that the role of the creation is never equal in scope of the Creator.
