It is necessary for a Muslims “a person” to believe in the fundamentals of the faith, believe in the sanctity of all life and the basic tenants of humanity with their own insight and understanding. The person cannot follow anyone in this respect, that is to say accept the word of another, who say they know, simply because they have said it. However, the person who has unwavering faith in the true tenets of Islam, lives the religion and manifests it by their righteous actions and charitable deeds, is indeed a true Muslim Person and Mo'min, even if those actions are not very profound, pronounced or apparent and the Blessings related to a Muslim Person will hold good for them. If they do not have unwavering faith in the True Tenets of Islam, live the religion and manifests it by their righteous actions and charitable deeds, believe in the sanctity of all life and the basic tenants of humanity with insight, understanding and knowledge, they are only going through the motion of being religious and are in fact liars, deceivers and pretenders to the faith. There are no religious sects in Islam established by Allah or his prophet except for those created by evil uninspired conspiring men who have perverted the teachings for the intent of personal gain and the control of others. They teach traditions in place of the Qur’an. Talk no more so exceeding proud; let not arrogance come out of your mouth: for Allah is the giver of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed. All prayers are valid in all languages. A person should pray in the language that the person has knowledge of. To pray in a language that a person has no understanding of, that is, to pray a memorized prayer in ignorance of the knowledge and meaning of the words, that prayer is not valid. It is better to pray in knowledge than to pray in ignorance. Should a wise person utter vain knowledge, and fill the belly with the east wind? Should that person reason with unprofitable talk or with speeches wherewith he can do no good? Allah judgeth those that are high.Shall any teach knowledge seeing he judgeth those that are high. But if they obey not, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die without knowledge. But the hypocrites in heart heap up wrath: They cry not when he bindes them. They die in youth, and their life is among the unclean. He delivers the poor in their affliction, and openeth their ears in oppression. Even so would he have removed you out of the strait into a broad place, where there is no straitness; and that which should be set on your table should be full of fatness. But people have fulfilled the judgment of the wicked: judgment and justice shall take hold on them. Because there is wrath, beware lest he takes you away with his stroke: then a great ransom cannot deliver you. Will he esteem your riches? No, not gold, nor all the forces of strength. Desire not the night, when people are cut off in their place. Take heed, regard not iniquity: for this have you chosen rather than affliction. Behold, Allah excels by his power: who teaches like him? Do you know the balancing of the clouds or the wondrous works of him, which is perfect in knowledge? How your garments are warm, when he quiets the earth by the south wind? Have you with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass? Allah teaches us what we shall say unto him; for we cannot order our speech by reason of darkness. Now people see not the bright light, which is in the clouds: but the wind passes, and cleanses them. Fair weather comes out of the north: with Allah is terrible majesty. Touching Allah, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, in judgment, and in justice: he will not afflict. People should therefore fear him: he respects not any that are wise of heart. Who is perfect in knowledge? Respect not those who counsel by words without knowledge. Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? Who eat up people as they eat bread, and call not upon Allah. In addition, they say, How does Allah know? Moreover, is there knowledge in the most High? Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. He that chastise the Non-Believers, shall not he correct? He that teaches people knowledge, shall not he know? Allah knows the thoughts of people, that they are vanity. Allah gives subtitle to the simple, to the young person knowledge and discretion. A wise person will hear, and will increase learning; and a person of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: Wise people lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction. For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of Allah, as the waters cover the sea. In matters of Šarīah Religious Laws, apart from the ones clearly defined, or ones, which are indisputable, a person must: either be a Mujtahid (jurist)** themselves, capable of inferring and deducing from the religious sources and evidence; or if the person is not a Mujtahid himself, the person should follow one, i.e. the person should act according to the verdicts (Fatwa) of the Mujtahid; or if the person is neither a Mujtahid nor a follower (Muqallid), the person should act on such Ihtiyat (precaution) which should assure the person that the person has fulfilled the persons religious obligation. For example, if some Mujtahids consider an act to be haraam, while others say that it is not, the person should not perform that act. Similarly, if some Mujtahid consider an act to be Ihtiyat Wajib (Šarīah Law) while others consider it to be Šarīah Law (Mustahab), the person should perform it.
