There are many types of “non-lethal” or “less-lethal” weapons. These weapons include Direct Energy Weapons (DEW); Voice to Skull (V2K), Silent Sound, microwave, and the Russian LIDA (Rich, 121-126).
Microwave weapons beam energy at a spot on the targets head creating a hot spot that is unpleasantly hot to touch and obviously much hotter than the rest of the head. This is a very scary and unpleasant experience. These beams can carry subliminal sound messages too. Microwave energy is very destructive to the human body.
There are many frequencies that can penetrate walls just as easily as radio or cell phone frequencies, among them, microwave (wikipedia.org). Heat and sound can easily be beamed into homes, and images are also possible, although in my experience the image quality was poor, and seems to cover the same short continuous loop area. Favorite places to aim the sound frequencies are vents, a brick wall, the attic, a fireplace, or just on the other side of a door. I believe technology is programmed with the longitude, latitude, and elevation of a location in or around the targets home to project sound or images. They could then pick locations using a hand held GPS type device such as climbers use. This allows the stalkers to cause fear in the target by making it sound as if they are right outside the door or up in the attic when they are nowhere near the target. The target looks crazy as they search for the owner of the voice threatening them. Using sound in this way also allows the criminal opportunities to get closer to the target or into her home when they desire too, because the target will stop being vigilant when all the searching reveals nothing. Having the sound projected in and around my home eventually lead to my ignoring the sound.
One time I was in my living room watching T.V. while the voices of Seedy and Pauper (another Beaver Valley carrier) discussed setting my house on fire. They made a big production of the threats and action. I assumed it was just projected sound or sound transmitted to a receiver hidden in my yard somewhere. A few days later, I happened to be outside and was shocked to discover a pile of dead leaves had been set fire. Luckily, only the leaves on top had burned, the rest had been too wet. The fire had been right against the wall of the house. Nobody can claim the actions of Seedy and the gang stalkers are merely pranks or annoyances. This action could have had horrible consequences. Seedy actually bragged about it, but the people of Beaver Valley chose to believe he was just talking, as they chose to believe no matter what kind of assault or felony he and the gang stalkers committed. If a target calls the police about the sounds, the target will look crazy. The gang stalkers also have created a façade to hide behind when they do trespass the targets property. They will simply say they were not there; it was the technology. The people around the target, who might help the target if they knew what was really going on, are lulled into inaction, believing nothing really happened; it was the technology being used for a head game.
Voice to Skull technology, commonly used at a subliminal level while the target is asleep, suggests behavior and beliefs. Someone who does not accept the existence of the technology is easily controlled this way, as they will believe the programmed thoughts they received in their sleep are their own. This technology was used to influence my family into trusting the gang stalkers, the criminals that wanted to destroy me. It almost destroyed my family, as I was supposed to believe my family had betrayed me, and become estranged from them. The success of this technology to influence people was demonstrated by my dad’s bizarre statement to me at dinner one night when I was at my parent’s home. He said, “You should let other people use your house.” I knew right then that something was wrong. In his own mind, without the influence of planted ideas and beliefs, my dad would have said, “Never give anyone a key to your house. You’d be asking for trouble. If they bring drugs or something in there, you could lose your house.” I was raised to never let anyone use my car or home. I witnessed several members of my family behave out of character on many occasions, and I know it was the result of the suggestive technology.
Images can also be sent into the skull, although I do not know if the images are created by the brain as a response to sound suggestion, or if it is a straight shot image to brain.
