On Evolution
How did all this come into being? How did we humans get here? Were we designed, created or evolved? I repeat, how did we get here?
The Superficial Answer: Macro-Evolution
We got here by pure chance! we just gradually evolved from a non-living mass to a single cell through millions of years of gradual change we became humans. . .
. . .if we make the a priori assumption that there is no designer, no God, do we really have another choice? The answer is obvious. We must figure out how we got here by some type of pure chance without any intelligence guiding the process.
Who is operating more by faith those who believe all this is possible by pure chance or those who believe someone designed it all?
Can it be that for many, Macro-Evolution is a necessary belief because they will not acknowledge a higher power, a designer, or the concept of God? Is it because they might have to be responsible to God, and instead, they want to be free to do what they want, be in control, and be their own god?
To Summarize:
These are major scientific reasons, which show Macro-Evolution is impossible.
* The process of evolution has not shown how the Second Law of Thermodynamics could be bridged.
* The process of evolution has not shown a jump from one species to another. There is a lack of evidence for the volume and variety of fossils of intermediate examples available. The scientific proofs are just not there!
* The science of mathematical probability definitely does not support these evolutionary changes from one species to another, but rather tends to prove them as a total impossibility.
* The fantastic design and complexity are really impossible to explain without some kind of intelligence designing it.
Who is operating more by faith those who believe all this is possible by pure chance, or those who believe someone designed it all?
Why Does a Loving God Allow Evil?
God did not create us automatons or robots that have to function like puppets. He created us with the freedom to choose with the ability to experience love or hate, good choices or bad choices.
If we were automatons, we would never be able to know what it means to love or have the joy of forgiveness. In effect, we would be like a predetermined machine instead of a thoughtful human being with the capability of making choices.
Who Is The Enemy?
When we reject God, we open ourselves to Satan and his evil forces, who then have us at their mercy. Apparently, there is no limit to what these evil forces can make normal human beings do! A good example of this is the Son of Sam.
Self Image
When we open our eyes and get up in the morning, we can stretch and say, Im a child of the King, the God of the universe. Im His son, Im His daughter! Lord, help me. I want to live up to my royal status today!
Have A Good Day
We can now see life from Gods perspective! We can look down on all the events and circumstances and know we are really above them! True joy comes from knowing we are living above the circumstances! Circumstances will pass, but our triumph over them and our proper use of them is what counts.
When Is Right Wrong?
Good is often the enemy of the best. Remember hearing that? .Lets imagine a fence. On the one side is everything that is wrong and on the other side is everything that is right. Lets assume we choose to do something on the correct (good) side. How many choices do we have on the good side?
Mary says, Mother, may I go shoot baskets? Mother asks, Isnt your best friend in the hospital getting for that serious operation in the morning? Yes, but there is nothing wrong with shooting baskets oh, but I see what you mean that may not be the best choice at the moment.
Im Bored Why?
Im bored theres nothing going on. We do the same old things. What can we do to entertain us? Wrong Question!! Are we here just to selfishly entertain and please ourselves? No wonder were bored. It shows we are selfishly focusing on ourselves.
What a superficial way to look at life! Boredom is a direct result of self-centeredness!
On Death The End or the Beginning
So we look at death not as a sad ending of life, but a glorious beginning of a new and perfect life! We can be with God who is totally perfect because He has made provision to make us totally perfect also!
The death of the forgiven is not the end, but the beginning of a beautiful transition to a new eternal life with God!
