My Luxury Life
In a world of increasing things to enjoy, Its no longer enough to have just one toy. Rather, theres a need for treats that are rife, Its a necessary part of the Luxury Life.
It is true that I live in the Garden of Eden, Its a place of beauty that I love to be in. There are flowers and blossoms of every color, How could I want for anything other.
Also of course, theres my classic chalet, Where I indulge in sleep, and peruse the day. And of course you know, I love to stretch, Even more, I guess, than I love to fetch.
There are also the handfuls of sweet whipped cream, They make me think, I must be having a dream. And the milk bones I get are really nice, Of course I have to do my rollover twice.
Then theres my blue ball bouncing off the wall, Which I chase and catch, til Im ready to fall. And the tennis ball gives me a special delight, Sometimes I even catch it, while its in flight.
Also theres my carpet, my place in the house, As long as Im quiet, like the proverbial mouse. Its my time with my parents, moments I treasure, But sometimes the Papa, is stern in his measure.
All in all, its not bad, like I originally thought, Considering what Im given, and especially taught. There is much that contributes to my life divine, This Luxury Life, suits me just fine.
