Watching from the trees, Harry Orcus thought, Yesyou are safe for a little while. But you wont always have company. And do you really think those flabby humans could keep me from having you? Thats a laugh. Soon youll find out.

Harry Orcus waited hidden until Helen among her crew entered the ops room. Watching her he thought, She is much too confident for a woman who saw me licking her from the globe. Caution Harry. She must have some hidden strength. I need to find out what armor that rotten doctor has provided her. I can wait. She cant get away. Shell be mine.

Before he could move awaySPLAT! A large clod of dirt stuck the side of his head. He jerked his head to the sound of guttural chuckling. I know youre that foul werewolf. Ulf picked up a rock. Too bad I didnt find this first. Warned, Harry dodged.

Hey you idiot elf. Harry began fastening on his strap. Im going to teach you a lesson so youll think twice about interfering with me.

Orcu sprang at Ulfto meet a solid wall of garlic breath. He collapsed on the ground. Ohhh, and you call me foul. How can you stand yourself?

Hah. You stupid animal. Ive warned my sister against you. You best forget about the human female. Between Crystal and I well make you wish you could burn that strap, Orcu.

Hearing his name, Harry Orcus resumed his human shape. Damn you trouble makers. Dont you understand youre messing with a demon?

Yeah we do, but were more powerful than demons, and we intend to send you back to hell. Ulf turned and returned to his cave.

Damn! What ever happened to good old fashioned harassing of human beings without this interference by Lesser Gods on their side?





On the next late shift when Helen picked up Bennett, Jenkins, and S/Sgt Howard, all three carried baseball bats, and hunting knives. I wish I had an axe, Howard said. On reaching the site, all four remained inside the car until another vehicle full of men pulled up.

Harry Orcus smiled to himself. What a pitiful bunch. Itll be an extra pleasure having her in front of whats left of them. He strapped on his leather belt.

Helen was the last to get out of her car. As soon as she was in the open, Orcu howled bounded toward her.

Helen couldnt help screaming. She took up a defensive position behind her three bodyguards. The leaping beast scared the other troops, one of which had sense to run to the ops room and yell for help.

Bennett stepped forwardswung his bat into Orcus face. The beast snagged the bat in his teethjerked it out of Bennetts handsshoved him aside. Howard and Jenkins beat Orcu s headignoring the bats Orcu swung his massive headbrushed them down. Turning toward Helen, Orcu saw the cross hanging in front of her blouse. That wont protect you, he snarled.

She held it toward him. I think it will, you spawn of the devil.

Not if you drop it.

Do you think Im crazy?

Three other Airmen from the ops room rushed out to harass the werewolf with impromptu weapons. Bennett and Howard regained their bats and pummeled Orcus head. Ignoring their hits, he snarled the men aside. Orcu then pounced on the still fallen Jenkins, forced the Airman over on this backlaid on top of himsnapped at his throat. Now then, Helen Templedo you drop your crossor do I eat the throat of this man firstand then any of the others still around?

You evil monster, you cant do that to an innocent man. What has he really done to you?

Stood in my way. He nipped at Jenkins throat. Drop it now!

Frozen, Helen couldnt let him kill Jenkins just to save herself. Killing time, she reached behind her for the claspfumbled trying to open it.

Bah. Tear it offand throw it over the cliff. He drew blood from Jenkinss throat. Quickor I bite!

Crying in frustration, Helen pulled the chain over her head and threw the cross toward the cliff. She said to the airmen who continued futilely striking Orcu, Nothing can help me now. Save yourselves!

Orcu bounded onto herpushed her downlaid over herlicked her face. Well now, well enjoy ourselves. He pressed her down with his front pawshis rear paws he worked at tearing off her uniform slacks. Helen could feel his enormous hard pressed against her panties. He raised himself to rip off her last protection. In frustration from her bodys rebellious desire for sex with the monster, Helen cried and wished she could kill herself. Recalling how she fought off her uncle, she smashed her forehead on Orcus nose. He jerked his head back stopped licking her. Soyou want to play firstYesI knew you were a strong woman. Nowyoull really reach fulfillment.

Orcu readied himself to mount her. Before he could force an entrance,

SSSSHHHZAM!

Suddenly Orcu leaped back off of Helen! A light as bright as the sun blinded him! Forced him to cringe, rollover on his back. Unaffected by the light, the airmen resumed beating Orcu. S/Sgt Howard, an old farm boy, hollered, Keep him down. Ill fix him. Unable to move chained to Crystals light, Orcu could do nothing to stop Howard from castrating him.

Powerless now, Orcu resumed his human shape. Dante Orcus bled to death. Stunned airmen watched as he began to smolder, then to burn up in a raging fire. The remains of his ashes disappeared into the ground.
