This work is the outcome of my own search for the true meaning and practice of A Life of Praise. It has been a labor so fruitful in peace, so filled with joy, so up-building in courage, so decisive in result, that I have been led to hope that God might have a use for it beyond my personal satisfaction. I used no commentaries, but was compelled to write out the Sacred Promises as I was moved by Gods Holy Spirit to receive the recorded Promises as a direct utterance to my soul, as they are reticulated in Gods Word, the Holy Bible. Never have I so fully realized the sublime conciseness of this delivery of Truth to man, the Holy grandeur of its reticence and completeness. The Sacred Promises are no less imposing and overwhelming than the terrible directness and simplicity of the Bibles rhetoric against evil. In both, the soul of man stands naked before its Maker, abashed and conscience-smitten as in the first day of sin, but to receive, instead of a curse, the absolution; instead of rejection, reconciliation; instead of forfeiture, the Sacred Promises for which Almighty God alone may be Praised. Above all, let it not be inferred that the adaptation of the Promises to speak directly to my own life, intends to discredit the Holy pre-eminence of Christ, or humanly diminish the glory of the supreme epic of Christs Life of sacrificial love. This Book is a feeble attempt only to make clearer the way by which all believers, in utter dependence upon the Holy Spirit, may personally approach a Life of Praise through the Promises of Him Who is The Way, The Truth and The Life. Wholly joyful is the child of God, who in humility and purity of purpose, brings his true heart to the feet of our wonderful Lord, Praising Him at His Holy Throne in the Holiest of Holies, and in doing the Will of the Father, learns of these Sacred Promises that they be irrevocable and unconditional toward His own children.

A LIFE OF PRAISE
Psalm 34.1
I AM the LORD, Who have brought you into a Life of Praise So that I may make your life brighter than noonday My child. Darkness will be like morning. Your Praise is trust. Your Praise is peace. In Praise you shall rest securely and nothing can disturb you. In Praise you forget your trouble as waters that have passed by. Others will entreat your presence so that they also may Praise My Holy Name.
