The crimes, atrocities, and gross immoralities of global society point to the existence of vile spirits that take possession of mens minds and bodies and drive them to wickedness and unspeakable depravity. The compulsions of the drug addict, the alcoholic, the addicted gambler, the violent criminal, the sexual deviate, the suicidal or homicidal person, the psychically and mentally perverted, are urged, abetted and even caused by evil spirit influences beyond mental or physical disease. The strongest evidence outside the Bible that evil and unclean spirit agencies can enslave their victims and drive them to self-destruction is provided by people who deliberately plunge into evil, fully aware of the disastrous consequences. The whole subject is rendered more acute because of the remarkable prominence accorded demon inhabitation in Scripture. In the Synoptic Gospels, cases of demon possession and demon expulsion are extremely common and constitutes a significant portion of the ministry of Jesus Christ the Savior. In biblical times both before and after the earthly public ministry of the Messiah, demon possession was common . There is widespread error promulgated by Satan of course, that there are now, in an age of enlightenment, no longer any demons nor cases of demon possession. In fact, present day cases of demon possession are universal in extent. There being no quarter of the globe today, where such phenomena have not been authenticated. Moreover, occult practices which were once conducted in secret and abhorred by the western moral society, are now presented under the cloak of respectability and popularized by political leaders, first-ladies, police detectives, films, television, literature and widespread on the inter-net. As a result, multitudes are emotionally upset, mentally distraught, and physically ill. Uncalculated numbers of others are oppressed by demons and an unbelievable number of others are walking about entrapped in demon possession. The tremendous upsurge in demonism has resulted in a demonic invasion of human beings that the world has never known and ushers in the anti-Christs rule in Satans last ditch effort to overthrow the plan of God for mankind.
