Junior did not like this place and while they had fun playing there the place is always spooky to him. Now all the fears that presented themselves when he was younger enter him like a nightmare that he wakes up from but still haunts him the rest of the day. This is not something he wants to remember much less live all over again.

Hes scared now, look at him, Melvin indicated forgetting only minutes ago he was the one who was scared.

Man, youre not still thinking about that stupid curse, are you? Big Ganty asked, he had noticed the blank stare on Juniors face. Still, there is no response from Junior.

Yea, thats what it is. Old Voodoo Valle` still got him scared, Ty joked.

Wait a minute! What did he tell you, he was going to turn you into a frog or something? asked Ty with a slight smile before he laughed.

No man, thats not what he said, Junior said agitated by the comments and questions. He just wanted to get away from the place.

Start the boat Junior, Im ready to go myself so I can get my fishing on, Big Ganty said seeing that Junior was not in a joking mood and did not want this to spoil the trip.

Come on Junior, what did he say? asked Melvin drawing a rigid look from Big Ganty.



Junior glares at the house as if it is hypnotizing him until he is in a deep daze and back to the time that Dante Valle spoke the words to him. Every little detail about that day is coming clear to him as he begins to speak with eyes in a glossy stare.
