A Cup of Wine for a Friend
O Friends Of Mine; Have some of this wine That I am pouring After best refine
This aged good wine Comes from the vine Grown in my heart: A ruined gold mine
There is a mission With this clear wine; It is to combine Hearts of yours and mine
Your thirst is a sign Of your need to wine To quench this thirst You do need a Rhine
It is resting there, Between your fingers, Looking in your face, My barrel of wine
Drink it to soul Not your intestine Once you are drunk Together we shine
Sky in Water
It is time again you and I alone To leave behind us concerns of unknown To come together on green grass On a riverbank to a calm zone Dive in cherishing each other again Like a queen bee and a lone drone Let our grief be blown by wind As our happy time we want to clone Grab little rocks with smile on lips To clear water lets throw stone Correspond our thoughts by means of verses Become jubilant to the core of bone Walk along the day, admiring the sun With the amazement it had never shone After the sunset, gaze in the sky As star crops everywhere grown Then we talk of them in the softest tone Like they were with us; part of our own We point to moon for one another As the ones in love before us have shown Thus we walk along vigilant stars To the far corners of the world known
Lets never forget after you and me The bells for lovers toll the same tone Sky in water will ripple with waves Picture of the moon follows in atone Heart is a river where stars blink Only if flows in a path well known My Sweet Darling, life without a love Like murky brooks flows sad and lone In heart of no mud stars have blinked Moon has glittered sun has ever shone
Medicine of Love
Once devil is gone, angel will arrive1 In your heart and mine a love will thrive Old acrimonies will be leaving town Friendship and joy to houses drive I shall be awake every night to dawn Names of gone lovers once again revive Bored of the lowlands to the bone marrow Accessing summits you shall strive There is no drug without side effect If you are in doubt, you may contrive Medicines of love although so bitter Once in your body, your heart they revive In the path of love smartness is shame Names of the honest will stay alive Truthful lovers shall soon triumph In evolution best fit will survive Chehree if desires sweetest honey He must endure storms of the hive
Blizzard
It has been sometime wind has been howling Blowing the snow
It is not clear how long it will last How far it will go
It is clear though thick snow will be End of this flow
Sitting everywhere covering also Tracks we follow
Once they are covered with a white glow We are not to know
Turn to which shelter, we forget also What path to follow
How things to grow why and what and how, Those grown to mow
Power to Shiver
If within yourself you do not shiver, How are you going to give me fever? When well-squeezed if we give drops, How, at all, can we cry a river? If we have no light, I wonder how In the pitch of night we can glitter? If you cant be moved by force of a love, By lovers singing how you quiver? Between sweethearts if stands no path, How are they able cross the river? We have to receive to the full content Before naming selves a true giver Every rock would soak in pure water Before giving birth to a big river Every moon attains beams of a big sun Before in the dusk it could glitter Chehree if claims to be in a love, Like a moaning reed he must quiver
Saying Yes to a Call
O Cloud Of Verse, rain upon me tense From every side with clearest sense Discard restraints disregard limits Bring to their knees every wall and fence Images stored deep in memories Spring as whole to my consciousness Elusive surface get brushed away I yearn to visit stable essence If I keep digging inners of inners, The depths I will reach you will never guess I am not so sure what I profess To this shortcoming I am to confess Something that is there I will disclose To an inner call I am saying "Yes,"
A Feat
A cup of that wine I dearly wished Before the first cup you gave me finished Alas, I was lost in turns and twists Before the pitch night I distinguished My eyes were fastened to the North Star Because of bad luck that also vanished Thus I endeavored to reach to your door When my attachments thus relinquished Often I desired, sometimes deeply wished For such immense whale I had never fished It was for its size and immensity Torrents of mishaps on me were unleashed At the same time, it gave me power This was the reason it I so cherished By the same power thwarting forces I have defeated, I have firmly leashed Since every step was headed to you Pains of long journeys dearly relished Because of challenge, I left heritage Patterns for others I established It was such a feat that many had wished They had ventured it, they accomplished This is the reason behind all my joy And why one more cup I had ever wished
