I have discovered that if I label my negative feelings frustration rather than anger, they are much easier to deal with because. While anger is my own fault, frustration is just a natural result of trying and not succeeding every time.

One of the greatest advantages of being an adult (or at least a marginally employed semi-mature writer like I am) is the freedom not to associate with people you dont want to associate with. As I look back on my school years, I realize that one of the worst things about them was being locked up several hours a day with people I only wanted to see on Americas Most Wanted (Or At Least Really Unlikable). Freedom of association is important, but the freedom not to associate with people you dont want to be around is equally important.
We need a new amendment to the Constitution guaranteeing the right not to associate!
