I closed my eyes and felt the touch of Tors hand on my chest just above my heart. I immediately felt a wonderful flow of energy from the base of my spine going upwards to my head. The feeling grew and intensified until I felt myself somehow move forward and out of my body. I could see my body and felt connected to it but at the same time felt safe being out of it. I could see that Tor had also come out of his body and was standing next to it.

Were going to leave this place and travel to another, Tor explained to me as he touched my shoulder. Suddenly I felt a change in my being and at the same time I looked up and realized that we were somewhere else.

I noticed right away that the place that we were in, was unlike any place I had ever been. We stood there in a grassy meadow, colorful clumps of flowers here and there. At the edges of the meadow were rolling hills covered in trees. But this was unlike any meadow Id ever been in. The grass was perfect, without any weeds, and as I looked around I realized that everything was perfect and orderly. I went over to some flowers and touched them and touched the grass and I could feel how alive they were. They projected an energy that I could feel. They werent solid and seemingly inanimate as plants were on earth. There were vibrant yellows and violets, reds and blues. They each had their own fragrance and each smelled heavenly. It seemed that instead of merely reflecting light, they projected their own light. Light was everywhere. I looked for the sun or the source of the light but realized that everything was bathed in light. There were no shadows. Things seemed to be more like solid energy than solid matter. I turned to Tor.

Where are we?

Were on a certain astral planet. Its a wonderful place, although there are many higher vibrational planes in the astral universe.

Its hard to explain how I felt at this point. The closest that I can think of, was when I was a boy, waking up on a sunny Saturday morning, vibrant, happy and full of life. I felt light and full of energy.

I cant believe how fantastic I feel, I said to Tor, who obviously felt the same way and was smiling broadly.

Do you want to do some exploring? Tor asked.

Yes! I answered him excitedly.

Tor and I started off walking through the meadow towards a rise. I couldnt see what was ahead until we crested the top. There was no effort at all walking uphill. I felt that if I wanted to that I could float or even fly. When we got to the top of the rise I could see what was ahead and I couldnt believe my eyes. It was the most beautiful scene I had ever seen. Id never seen any picture or painting that could even come close to the beauty that I beheld at that time.

It was a valley surrounded by evergreen covered hills. There was a large lake and behind the lake was a castle. To the left of the lake was what appeared to be an amazingly ornate gazebo which overlooked the lake and I could see that there was someone in the gazebo looking out over the water. Beautiful flower gardens were in front of the castle and around the gazebo. There were trees here and there and grass covered the ground.

We started walking down the other side of the rise and down toward the gazebo. I realized that it was a woman standing there. As we got closer, she turned around and I could see that she was quite happy to see us, although I hadnt a clue why. After climbing the steps of the gazebo we stood there in front of the woman. She appeared to be in her early twenties with long swirling locks of dark brown hair going down to her shoulders and back. She was wearing a beautiful white dress that looked to be made of silk and which appeared to be medieval in style. She was stunning and as vibrant as anything Id seen so far in this wondrous world. The only description that I can use for this moment, standing in front of her, is that it was magical. She walked up to me and put her arms around me and I had a realization. How could I not have known? I knew her! Her name came to me at that momentGlendalyn.

As she released me from her embrace she looked at me, her hand caressing my face and said, You now know who I am, dont you? Her voice was gentle and soft and had a musical quality to it.

Yes, youre my Glendalyn, I answered as a rush of emotions overcame me. I embraced her again and as I did I noticed that lights of different colors were emanating from our bodies. I couldnt possibly explain in words what I felt at that time but I could feel her love radiating to the deepest reaches of my heart as my love went out to her. It was the most complete and pure expression of love Ive ever experienced and I knew there was no way in the physical universe to experience it. Gradually we released our embrace and stood gazing into each others eyes until at last Glendalyn motioned to the castle behind us.

Vague impressions of things moved through my mind but I was unable to recall being there before with any certainty. Im not sure, I finally answered.
