Individual action alone is not enough, however. The times ahead require that we work closely together to manifest things and structures that no individual can create alone. Community is what it is all about. Though, this does not require a loss of individual freedom ... rather it requires exercising the freedom to cooperate and act together to create great things.

If community is truly going to work, individuals must participate. This requires the commitment of time, energy, and sometimes resources to do something.

Feedback is essential for building the foundations for a community. It is the reflection that the mirror shows to us to allow us to determine what impact our efforts are having. If you simply read this and then sit back in silence, you are NOT doing your part.

It seems that it (community) calls for a coming together of a group of people to share in one anothers lives in a manner that supports the welfare of everyone.

We can choose to express in a manner that makes a difference or we can fail to choose to do so.

One very important commandment driving all living beings is "Know Thyself". For it is by carrying out this commandment that we become the best that we can be and are thus able to express spirit through us to the fullest degree possible. We, humankind, have known this for literally thousands of years. So, why do we find it so hard to abide by?

The economic system's whole purpose is to create goods and services and distribute them to where they are needed. It seems that we do a great job at the first part, but a lousy job at the distribution. Don't get me wrong. We do this better than most if not all other countries in the world. But, that is not enough. We can do better and we must do better.

Collectively, we are extremely powerful. The changes that our spirits can seed and bring forth in the world are almost beyond imagination. However, these changes will only come forth if we free our spirits to do the work that is needed, trusting that spirit guides us every step of the way.

What counts most is what we personally believe and why. The bottom line is that beliefs can make life easier, and they can empower us in ways that permit us to not only use all of our own faculties and abilities, but to enjoin the very forces of the universe, and spirit herself in our life and our expressions of the consciousness that we are.

Abundance only works when people are willing to give at least as much as they take. That is what generates the abundance to begin with. If people could get what they wanted when they wanted it, without having to apply themselves in some kind of productive service, why would they work?
What are your realistic hopes?
That we see the birth of a new life form on this planet ... a form that embodies an expression of consciousness that is to the current expression in man, as man is to the animal kingdom. Man's ability to think and be aware of self has permitted a wonderful expression of consciousness. But this is in no way a pinnacle, it is merely a stepping stone to an even greater expression of spirit. Those of us becoming aware of our true nature as spiritual beings are the first wave of this grand new expression. Where it will take us is literally BEYOND IMAGINATION.

I am Spirit expressing through this physical vessel and discovering WHOM THAT I AM from the works that are done through me. YES, ye shall know them by their works is a powerful spiritual truth.

This is what excites me. This is what drives me to wake up in the morning. This is what keeps my days interesting regardless of what else is on my schedule to do. This is what keeps me glued to the keyboard late into the night. Always there is true work to do, work that captivates one's soul ... work that frees one to truly be all that one can be.

Be careful of exerting too much will in deciding what needs to be done. Spirit knows what needs to be done and will ensure that it is completed. You may or may not know ... so be open to allowing HER WILL to be imposed and expressed at any time.
In this one respect, we are all equal ... whether you are a King or a Beggar or anything in between, 24 hours per day is what you are allotted. There is nothing you can do to increase this allotment.
Make time management a high priority task in your life. How you use your allotment of time makes all the difference in the world.

I feel no obligation to country, or to the economic system, or to the government for that matter. My obligation is directly to SPIRIT, though it may manifest in ways that benefit any aspect of the world in which we live. My "civic duty" is to be a wayshower ... demonstrating first hand what it means to walk my talk and LIVE as I believe.

Mistakes are a natural part of doing things in this world. They are only a problem if they are hidden or downplayed. When we transform them into lessons learned we can reap the gifts/treasures that they hold for us.

The expression of SPIRIT is always to SERVE, in whatever manner is required in the moment. What this is will be clear when one is operating in the ZONE, where spirit is freely flowing in everything that one does. There are no longer any separations or compartments in life. It is ONE ... a single FLOW in which consciousness bears witness to a reality that miraculously unfolds.

LIFE is truly a GIFT, the GRANDEST GIFT of ALL.
