This book is the first novel by Texas free-lance writer Emily Tipton Williams. It is a gentle story of a young lady facing an inner struggle at a crossroads in her life. The book is deeply spiritual, but the spiritualism is presented in a way that gracefully envelopes and embraces the reader, there is no in-your-face bible thumping going on here. Restless Soul presents an engaging story, with places described with such vivid imagery that you can see, smell, and feel them. There are characters the reader will enjoy getting to know, expecially main character, Elizabeth Davies, who provides a wonderful example of how one can live a life of faith and love with courage and conviction in the face of events that require difficult life changing choices. A book like this inspires the reader to live life well, do right, and to get in touch with their spiritual being. A little bit of Elizabeth should rub off on all of us. Well done, Ms. Williams.
