Babs Bennett is married, has three grown sons and four grandchildren. She is from northern California but now resides in Ridgeland, Mississippi. She teaches, writes, sings, and remains available to speak at retreats and conferences. She is also a freelance editor. She challenges men and women to be Healthy for God’s Glory in all of life’s phases.

Her desire is that Jesus Christ be praised and glorified so that others may discover God’s plan for their life and experience true success in their endeavors to be healthy for a lifetime.
