Grounding is one of the most important things you can do. As our light bodies come on-line and we move from a linear dimension to multi-dimensionality, it is extremely important to be grounded. Grounding is the bridge between you, the earth-sphere and the universe. You are the antenna that receives and distributes energy and information that is beneficial to you, the earth-sphere and all its inhabitants. This energy and information is to be shared by all. When you are grounded, it is available for all to access, if they so choose.
Grounding helps you to be more connected to the earth-sphere. The more connected you are to the earth-sphere helps you with maintaining your center. The more centered you are, the more comfortable you are with yourself, and you find that you will have less resistance to new ideas or ways of doing things. When you are centered, you have a strong sense of what is best for you and what works well for you. You find that you easily flow with life and all its wonders.
A strong connection to the earth-sphere helps you to receive higher realms of energy and information. This strong connection also helps you to tap into your inner knowing where your gifts, talents and abilities reside. This will help you to find your passion, what it is that you really want to do in this lifetime. By being centered and connected to the earth-sphere, grounding can help you to find what it is that you love to do. When you love what it is that you are doing you are in your bliss, the place where you bring the greatest joy to yourself and to others.
Grounding gives you a feeling, a knowing that you are safe and secure. It is a way of being, where no matter what happens, you will always be safe. When there is a loud noise, you do not jump, nothing startles you. You know that no matter what happens you are always safe, secure and protected. The more grounded you are, the less fear you have.
Have you ever noticed that when you are about to try or do something new that you may feel nervous or afraid? Grounding helps you to feel safe and secure so that you will try that something new and not feel nervous or afraid. A big fear that many people have is to speak in front of a group of people. Grounding helps you to not feel fear. Grounding helps you to feel comfortable and confident with yourself and to know that no matter what happens, you always find your way.
Grounding can help with your memory. As we move between the different dimensions and realities, it is easy to not remember what happened moments ago. Being grounded gives you a focal point, a center point which helps with remembering where you were and what you may have been doing. This also helps with finding any misplaced items which may include leaving the items in another dimension.
Have you all of a sudden noticed a new building that seemed to miraculously show up in a mall or on a street somewhere and you wondered where did that come from? Have you placed an item where you always place them, such as your keys, to then find the item in a different place the next time you looked for the item? This can be a sign of shifting between the different dimensions. Grounding helps you to have a focal point, a center point from which you can move between the different dimensions and realities and be able to return to your center. When you have strong center, you do not feel confused or concerned that you may be losing your mind when you start to notice different things happening.
Grounding can help with remembering what happens during your meditation or while in a state of just being. The more grounded you are, the more you are able to explore, remember and use the energy and information that you received during a meditation or while in a state of just being. Grounding helps you to recall what you have seen, heard and/or felt.
Grounding helps you to be more in the now moment. When you are in the now moment, you find that your mind does not wander to something that happened in the past or to something that may happen in the future. Being in the now moment helps you to enjoy life more fully.
When you are in the now moment the sounds, sights, smells and feelings are more alive and vibrant. You notice more about what is around you. The colors are more vibrant, the sounds are livelier, the smells are more intoxicating and the feelings are more intense. You are only focused on what is immediately around you. There is no need to worry about what did happen or what could happen.
When you are in a conversation that may not interest you, you may find that you wander to another moment, either past or future. Then when you are asked a question, often times you are not able to answer the question because you were not in the now moment, i.e. not paying attention. Being in the now moment helps you to be in the conversation. There is always something to be learned from all experiences that you have, even if it is not immediately apparent.
Grounding helps you to stay in your power. When you are in your power, you are composed, comfortable and self assured. When something happens that causes you discomfort, you are able to resolve the discomfort quickly and easily. When you are in a conflict with another person, you feel discomfort. When you are in your power, you are able to find the most equitable solution for both of you. When an equitable solution is found, all benefit from it.
