Challenged by early transitions of family members, the author delved into Metaphysics, Religions and Alternative Healing. Breath work, Meditation and Sound Therapy became her specialties. Today, she maintains her credentials in energy Healing and Consulting. Initially, she enjoyed facilitating Hospice, Unity Churches, “A Course in Miracles”, and the Abraham/Hicks movement.
Through her passion for music she produced tapes and CD’s, writing her own special lyrics and songs. Traveling as a Life Coach, she entrained skills of conscious awareness by emphasizing the significance of Universal Laws.
A Cooler Shade of Green was a healthy, dramatic twelve-year process for her.
