From the first page of this great debut book by Laura Rudacille, you are thrust into a crazy weekend with Georgia and her family, and you will enjoy every minute. Do yourself a favor ... buy a copy of this book, grab a nice glass of iced tea, relax on your favorite lounger and enjoy a nice summer afternoon reading about Georgia's weekend in upstate New York. After all the hoops Georgia and her family jump through to get their aunt's house ready for the wedding, you will be so glad you are kicking back in your own back yard. This is a great summer read! One you will want to share with your family and friends.

A great story, told with great detail and humor. This author knows how to make you laugh out loud, even when you're alone! And we all have a family member (or two?) as 'unique' as the characters in this book, so it's pretty fun to relate to, also!! Great job all around!!

This is one of the funniest books I have read in a long time. I actually had to put the book down, several times, and walk away. I was laughing too hard to read. Anyone from a close-knit family with good sibling relationships will find it hysterical. Keep writing Laura, I love your style.

Laura has woven a hilariously funny tale around an almost disastrous event. Her characters are interesting and well developed. The narrative moves along quickly making the book a great read for the pool or beach.
