I really enjoyed this easy-to-read, common sense book filled with real-life examples on marketing. Jim Drummond clearly differentiates marketing from sales, and draws from his 25 years of experience to illustrate some of the common sins Business Owners, Marketing Executives and others commit as they try to bring attention and create desire for their product or service.

Jim Drummond addressed our trade association last year and received high marks. I was interested to see if he was as entertaining in writing as he was in person. He is. This book is an easy, run read but contains profound information that no business person should be without. Jim's approach to the subject is not academic, it's down to earth real world solutions. I'm buying copies for my friends.
